I was attempting to sell in a very difficult economy. There were investors and others looking for a bargain basement price, but those looking for a "home" were few and far between. Many Millennials either couldn't possibly get a mortgage, or were not interested in owning a single family house. My initial view of the "right price" was heavily influenced by long-gone housing "bubble" prices.

When she said she would get "it" done, she promptly got it done.
Terri's patience and skill shined when we finally found a potential buyer. We had to overcome difficult bumps in the road in order to complete the sale. She left nothing to chance, and assisted me in ways not commonly a Realtor's responsibility.
