    Williamstown is experiencing a growth spurt. There are new developments springing up and new growth in the downtown area. Two new brewing companies are going to be coming soon. One at the old candle factory on Main Street and the other in the center of town on the point of Main Street and Blue Bell Road just in front of the Pfieffer Center. Williamstown, also known as Monroe Township, is located in Gloucester County on the eastern side of the county. Williamstown borders Atlantic County and is located in a great location for easy access to both the shore points and to Philadelphia. Geet's Diner was recently purchased and will be re-opening in the near future on the corner of Sicklerville Road and Black Horse Pike. The school system gets high marks and has seen recent grads travel on to Harvard, the Air Force Academy and many more prestigious universities. The high school has many different opportunities for the students featuring an engineering program, theater and dance program, award winning band and many others. There are sports programs and arts programs to meet a wide variety of needs. Every child is different and Williamstown Schools offers incredible opportunities for each student. Many community organization exist as well. There are township soccer, baseball, football and basketball programs just to name a few. There are senior citizen programs for the elderly too. There are many churches and houses of worship to meet the diverse needs of our community. There is a July 4th celebration featuring fireworks at the middle school and high school complex as well as a Music Festival, Arts Festival, Halloween Parade and Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony to honor our wonderful veterans.

    Williamstown is centrally located near many restaurants and shopping facilities as well as our own Grand Theater located in downtown Williamstown. There's a bike path from Williamstown to Glassboro that's miles long. Just minutes from the shops on Cross Keys Road, the Outlets in Gloucester Twp and the Deptford Mall. There is a large Farmers Market featuring Amish favorites and boutique stores, Sams Club, Zallie's ShopRite, a Walmart and a lot of family shops including Clark's Auto, BK Organic Dry Cleaners, Cascia's Bakery, Rack's, Sharky's and Antonio's Pizza just to name a few. There are a few Wawa's and Heritage stores as well. Easy access to Atlantic City as well as Philadelphia. Minutes from Rowan University's campus that is a short ride up Route 322. We have farms, a downtown, neighborhoods, 55+ Communities and more, so Williamstown is diverse to say the least.
